Forestival, Lahnstein
A sculpture made of reused exhibition banners reminiscent of shamanic rituals hangs above a forest path between old trees. A large number of strips of different lengths hang from a grid of strings stretched between a wooden frame. The ribbons move slowly in the air like the tentacles of an underwater creature that has found its new place in the forest, where it charms hikers. The installation was part of the Forestival and its set up was documented by SWR Kultur.
